Dropped a bike in there just before Xmas with brake issues that I couldn't fix after multiple bleeding attempts. Not expecting to get my bike back for a long while. 3 days later bike is ready after they diagnosed a pretty obscure issue. No parts required quick and inexpensive. Brakes are now spot on. Thank you.

Resident of Perth but had a bike issue. Got the run around in Busselton. Called Lee at Bike Shed in Dunsborough - courteous on phone, and said bring bike in. Great service, and attitude. Had bike fixed ahead of time, and even fixed up some other things while at it. Price was very good for what he did and in the time frame. Will be my 'go to' bike mechanic in south west moving forward. Highly recommended.

I have hired and purchased my first new bike in ten years from Graham and Lee at the Bike Shed. I can not speak highly enough of their level of expertise and the customer service provided both from a sale perspective and after sales with maintaining your new investment and pride and joy. I would happily recommend the bike shed to anyone looking to hire a bike or starting out in mountain biking right through to competitive level or seeking individual ride coaching.

I was lucky to meet Lee five years ago when I bought my first Tri bike. His passion for service and excellence is to be admired.He and his team have saved my friends and I lots of dollars. Worth the drive from Busselton to Dunsborough every time.

Excellent shop, really helpful and honest staff - they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed from my visit. Great array of tools in the workshop too. Special mention to Lee, who cleaned my bike so well it might have been new again :)

My fixie (cheap pub bike from Reid Cycles) )got a flat riding to Busselton and I damaged the 3-speed rear hub changing my tyre on the side of the road. These guys sorted it for me same day at a ridiculously cheap cost of $22.50. Highly recommend their services. No BS, just good old fashioned service and advice.

Hired bikes for the day, in great condition and pleasure to ride. Staff gave good advice on local road safety and suggested the perfect route for a day trip, taking in a stop for lunch at the brewery. Thanks for facilitating a great day out!

Wonderful friendly staff whom give honest advice. Were able to find time to replace my handle bars and fix drive train issues on the spot the day before the Cape 2 Cape MTB race at a great value rate after a crash.
