I bought my first bike off Bob and have been doing wicked gnarly stunts ever since. Bob hooked me up with everything I needed including 2x wheels 1x seat and he even threw in some sick handlebars for good measure. Basically if you buy a bike off Bob you will automatically become a member of every club ever invented worldwide because you will be awesome.

07Dec2018 All I can say is Bob is an awesome dude! Helped me with a trade in where no one else would have a look and came out with an awesome deal on my Merida 10v hybrid bike. Will be back soon grab another bike. Staff are great and store isn't cluttered with no room to move. Keep up the great work will be sending everyone your way :-)10Dec2018 had to go to sort some tuning issues on my bike and Bob was awesome and sorted it on the spot. Bought some finish line tyre sealant and Bob was kind enough to put it into my tyres. Awesome guy!

My son got a new bike, quick and smooth experience. Would have a appreciated a bit more acknowledgment and interaction as the actual Purchaser. Customer service was tailored to my male friend. Never mind. He enjoyed the experience and my son loved the new bike. Thank you

Stopped in with questions on how to transport my new e-bikes on my truck. Bob was awesome, helped us out with potential solutions. Took up about an hour of his time just picking his brain. So helpful, thanks Bob, we will be back.

Certainly the only bike shop in town that properly caters to mountain bikes! Should have come here first.Went in on a Friday arvo to borrow a tool to check a wobbley cassette, next thing I know the team has the hub in pieces replacing the bearings - good old spending time fixing things rather than being told to buy a new wheel - love that, and way cheaper and more sustainable too.The team has the Munda Biddi maps and some bike packing bags through to DH bikes and full faces, so catering to a wide audience.

I have been riding bikes since I was about 6 years old. This wins best bike shop no questions. Fantastic knowledge; works patiently with you to discover what you need and want from your bike. Never sells you something that you don't need or isn't right for you. After a service my bike purrs it's that tuned. Couldn't recommend it enough.
