Absolutely great experience dealing with Dave and the team who helped me jump on my new Rocky Mountain downhill E-bike. Dave spent a good hour with me on a 37°C day explaining the differences between the bikes that fit my budget. Customer service is second to none and I will happily recommend this shop to my friends.Absolutely stoked with my purchase!

Took my bike here for front and rear shock service, ended up needing to replace due to overwear. Great feedback from staff on diagnosing the issue and also providing options for a suitable repair. Very happy with the result, would highly recommend.

I purchased a Rocky Mountain altitude from empire, everybody I have dealt with has been professional and helpful, I had an issue with a WTB rim, although very frustrating empire came through with a warranty claim. A few things were unclear from the warranty claim which was quickly discussed and clarified with the upmost professionalism. Very happy with the service and will be back in the future

Asked to have a tube fitted on my bike was told no they are too busy as I watch 2 employees stand and chat. Fitting a Tube with their device takes less then 5 minutes and he saw I was walking with the bike. Do not visit, try any of the other shops closeby
