I'm very happy with the fixing that the Bicycle Centre crew have done to my bike. The tall bald bloke is highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable (just saying, given that I didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews!) and I particularly like that they didn't try to upsell, or make me feel that my ancient, much-loved but under-maintained and well-used racer was inferior. Lovely people, good job, good price. I'm a happy customer!

Good advice and no BS.I intended to buy a higher end bike, but he sold me the right bike I would enjoy not the bike he wanted to sell. Its worth paying a bit more for the right advise on a ride you WILL use and enjoy. He cares about his bikes and customers not just bottom dollar as per the other stores.Highly recommended.

Great service from this store. Bought my children a bike each for Christmas bikes pre delivery checked and ready to go the same day. My daughters ended up with 2 punctures after riding 15 meters. Took it back and the guys looked at it straight away and found a manufacturer fault, 2 new tubes fitted and additional rim tape all done with in 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Bought my new BMC from Bicycle Centre Cannington and they were brilliant from start to finish! Really expert advice in a friendly chill manner. Gave me an awesome price too and then a bit of a fit as well. Plus I had wheels I wanted to bring to the new bike so they fitted them, swapped over cassette and adjusted the brakes and gears, then even weighed the bike for me when I asked! Props to these guys, awesome dealing with them.Three years on and Craig has sorted me out with my next BMC! This time it was a special order Timemachine which he was very accomodating in ordering and allocating to me. Communication was great and he helped every step of the way.See you in another three year's time for the next bike!

Really a good service from Craig since I entered the shop. He is friendly and right on the point.I was targeting on a specific bike and tried the bike twice due to my shoulder concern. Craig has been very very patient and understanding. Really appreciate it and will definitely come back later if any need for me.Thanks a lot, Craig.
