On our route from Perth to Margaret River we had to get our bike urgently repaired at Mad Cycles. The guys fixed our bike as soon as we arrived and even suggested another business, so as to give us more time in MG. Great service

Friendly staff. Decent prices. Good repairs. BUT they are really bad at providing feedback and updates on the status of your repair job. I booked my ebike in for a service and repair work. I was told (by 2 different staff members when I booked it in) that it would take 1-2days to get parts sent from Perth. When I'd heard absolutely nothing for a week I phoned them. And got told it would actually be 2 weeks just to get the parts! Plus who-knows-how-long to do the repair. So frustrating! This bike is my only mode of transport.

Useless communication when servicing bikes. Was booked in for a Friday, now almost a week later its still not complete!2 hours maximum work, not 6 days!Was told be ready by 5pm Wednesday, just phoned them to be told nahh not today we are really busy sorry bye...
