Giant Canning Vale

We visited Giant Canning Vale to make some initial enquiries about what MTB’s were available.We were very impressed with the customer service provided and ended up getting a quote for a bike, cushioned seat, stand, water bottle holder & helmet. The quote was extremely competitive, so we ordered the bike then & there.We had been provided an ETA for the bike to arrive and were very pleasantly surprised when we were contacted to advise it had arrived earlier than expected.When we collected the bike, we were served by another staff member and once again, the customer service was excellent. The staff member made the appropriate adjustments to ensure the seat was at the correct height, explained the warranty registration process and suggested we register the bike on Bikelinc.From our first initial visit, to when we collected the bike, all contact - whether in person or via email or text - has been professional and customer focused. We are very impressed with this experience.

Jeff and Jody have provided us with brilliant service for many years now. Quite a few bikes down the track for my wife and I, both purchasing and maintenance. A proper customer focused business, which is so rare nowadays.

Very happy with the repairs to my Giant Propel at Giant Canning Vale. Jeff was very accomodating and after inspecting my damaged derailleur did a fantastic job in replacing it with a new one. Better still his charges were very modest which reflects his integrity and honesty. If you are looking for a trustworthy Giant shop, I recommend Giant Canning Vale.

Excellent service and prices.A huge thank you to Matt. Purchased a road bike and Matt spent almost 2hrs with me, checking everything on the bike and that it fitted me perfectly.The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. Not like some stores that simply adjust your seat height and send you out the door, or other stores that cannot be bothered to talk to you unless you are spending thousands.I will be recommending this place to anyone looking for a bike. Bought my Roam Zero from Giant CV. Took it for a routine check and it was attended to with great care and professionalism. The owner and his team are very knowledgeable and up-to-date. Overall it was a great 10/10 customer service experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
